Background:

 

Niche: Women Fashion Apparel

Adspend: Rs. 9L / month ($11k)

ROAS: 4x roughly

 

Challenges:

Good ROAS but wanted to scale maintaining the ROAS.

 

What have we done?

Analyzing the ad account: Finding the best creatives and the best performing audience from the past.

Analyzing the Website Backend: We digged the data to find out the best sellers and the categories that worked according to the season.

Revamping the ads: We launched the Top of the Funnel campaigns first. An adset launched with a best sellers catalogue using the best performing audience(we did it because catalog ads were performing in the past). We almost created another campaign having 3 different adsets with the Lookalike audiences of Add to cart, purchase and Initiate Checkout to the past performing creatives of the TOFU campaign. We targeted the Social media engagers in Middle of the Funnel campaign with an influencer single image(static) to gain trust. Bottom of the Funnel was stacked before so we just tested between Add to cart, website visitors and add payment info audiences with our favourite offer of 10% off ;)

 

We achieved:

We were able to achieve 5.15x ROAS and scaled to a revenue they never reached.

 

What are we Looking forward to:

We are scaling budgets and testing with that budget a few more product lines which never got traction to get rid of dead stock.

 

Conclusion:

You can easily scale a brand with catalogue ads on Top of the Funnel campaigns if the product photography is top notch.
